While the location is excellent with easy access to transport and nearby attractions, my experience at this hotel was marred by numerous issues. I had to switch rooms multiple times due to locks not working and other safety concerns. Though it boasts new renovations, it feels like it's already falling apart, which undermines the boutique experience.
